  1. Crazy that some indie developers have made such a nice controllable spin and madden spins are still controlled by a button tap.

  2. Looks pretty good, animations definitely need work though. The fingers being spread out like that when not running looks super weird, and the running and walking animations definitely need work. Impressive how dynamic they are though. Motion capture could be a good way of fixing these issues if possible

  3. hope theres modes where u running from someone like the police. i can see that for the campaign mode.

  4. Ooof, big oof. Hopefully they can get some of those animations cleaned up and change those sound effects. Everything he vaulted over sounded like it was a hollow plastic tub. It's a good concept, but damn it's got a long way to go.

  5. Nice foundation! That running/jogging animation is funny though, it looks like a toddler. You definitely want them to bend a little bit forward when running

  7. nice work – especially with the animations for the parkour moves. What engine are you using, Unreal? Also, how can one get involved in alpha testing? I am a game dev, don't mind doing some QA or something

  8. If this is real, it's going to be massive. The movement looks smooth already. Mo cap and real locations, and you got a winning British made game.

  12. I've been dreaming of a free run/parkour game for years.

  13. The game is cool and all but the player is straight up trash. It would be much more vibrant if the player holds the momentum and doesnt stop walking after evey jump.

  16. It looks good but I'm not sure about the sound of the footsteps there not that realistic

  17. Maybe they need to take some lessons from Ubisoft because the watchdog series and assassin's Creed got that already covered but if that game project was in virtual reality it would be game changer kinda like dying light 1 and 2 and most of all good luck hope everything work out

  21. Graphics look great but the animation is trash. Also, the sound effects are obnoxious.

  23. We all need a game solely about parkour, all the terms, all the neat techniques. This is revolutionary and informative (Also fun) for anyone who would want to get to know more about parkour.

  24. I just want to say the SFX could use work. Could use more detail, maybe even people walking around and such. I'm sure you are aware of these things. Looks solid otherwise and like a ton of fun! Would love to see the characters doing rolls as well

  25. Again.
    What's the purpose of that stupid camera positioning?
    What's wrong with having the character in the middle of the screen?
    Is it too easy to aim where you walk/run/jump?

  26. I hope they removed those bang sound effects cause they would get annoying to listen to after abit.

  27. Incredible start to a game! A few tweaks and a hard work would make this game so fun. So much potential.

  31. This needs a lot of work. I don't want to see it again for at least a year… this needs to be done right. Lets gooooo!

  32. Looks great I just hope it stays realistic, like some of the drops he took in this video would’ve broken his legs plus he didn’t roll out of any of them – it also would be great to have to manually initiate the roll each time, to make the game more realistically immersive

    Also, having different levels of moves that need to be unlocked like you can’t do a corkscrew until you practice basic front and backflips enough, and you can’t do a front flip until you learn enough rolls or something. Same with a double Kong

    And to be able to build up distance in jumps by practicing overtime, like how GTA San Andreas you built his strength overtime not immediately – so that the good feeling of accomplishment is not immediate but feels earned

  33. looks like he shit his pants when running. but the transition from running to cat leap is butter smooth. hope it comes on steam.
